BY TRAIN

Under two hours from London

The nearest mainline station is King's Lynn, with direct services from London King's Cross. The journey from London to King’s Lynn takes just one hour and 37 minutes. From King's Lynn, the castle is approximately a twenty minute taxi ride.

Watlington is another local train station, which is around 15 minutes away from Middleton Castle by car. We recommend booking a taxi in advance when travelling from local stations.

Well connected by air and helicopter

Norwich Airport is a one hour drive from the castle. London Stansted is approximately 75 miles away, just under two hours' drive, making it a convenient option for guests travelling from further afield. 

Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, and Birmingham airports are all within approximately two and a half to three hours' drive, offering good connections for international guests.
